Pyrohydrolysis

The recycling process is thermal decomposition of the waste pickle liquor, the so called Pyrohydrolysis.In other words, during the recycling process the pickling process is reversed, converting the iron chloride into iron oxide and hydrochloric acid.

Modular Acid Recycling System

Our self-developed Modular Acid Recycling System, also known as the MARS series, consists of 4 modules. They are pre-comissioned and easy to transport. We have six standard design with different capacity from 500 liter per hour to 2500 liter per hour.

Regenerated Acid and Iron Oxide

The regenerated acid can be reused in the pickling line. The by-product Iron oxide is catagorized as harmless general solid waste, can be used for shot blasting or as furnace charge.
